the breakthrough modality

Established by David Grand - Brainspotting (BSP) uses relevant eye positions to identify, process and release core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. It is a brain-body / bottom-up approach that works with the client's innate healing ability, and has been designed to be integrated with all other therapeutic modalities. Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with Biolateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing. Watch David Grand Talk About Brainspotting.

See What Our Trainees Say About BSP

"I have been a meditator for many years and can go into the 'zone' quite quickly to calm myself down. However, when I did the brainspotting, it helped me get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it instead of calming myself. It is a powerful tool, and I recommend anyone give it a go, especially with Noula as your facilitator. She is non-judgmental caring, compassionate
and has a sense of humour too!"
